Rep is Board Certified in Elder Law by the Florida Bar Association. Rep is a frequent lecturer on estate planning and elder law issues to the public and to other professionals for continuing education. A native of Pinellas County, Florida, he attended undergraduate and law school at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: Meridian Two is located at the corner of W Cypress St and N Hubert Ave. (middle building in the row of 3 towers). Parking is available in the garage (blue signs) located on the west/back side of the building. There are designated Visitor Parking spaces between level 1+2, or open parking on upper levels. From the garage take the elevator to the Ground floor and use the covered walkway to access the tower lobby and elevators. Community Foundation Tampa Bay is in Suite 700, just off the elevator on 7th floor. Please allow an additional 5-10 minutes for parking and to get to our office.
