Do you have a donor or client who is considering a gift of real estate or want to learn more about gifts of real-estate? This program is designed to share best practices on accepting gifts of real estate, tips on how to listen for gifts of real estate, and learn what to avoid when accepting these types of gifts. Our panel will be sharing examples of gifts they have worked on and the steps they took to accept or avoid the gift. Also, you will be provided with take-a-way check list on accepting gifts of real estate compliments of Lise Amundrud, Senior Director, Estate and Gift Planning at the American Cancer Society.
