  • AFP Members - Please RSVP via the AFP Tampa Bay website
  • • Name/Logo to appear in all pre and post Symposium communications (i.e. emails, flyers) sent by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Tampa Bay Chapter, Charitable Gift Planners of Tampa Bay, Community Foundation of Tampa Bay and WEDU.
    • Ability to have TWO emails sent to all contacts for AFP Tampa Bay and CGP Tampa Bay. The email will be sent by each organization respectfully.
    • Ability to place promotional materials at each place setting and/or a designated table near entrance to Symposium.
    • Name/Logo highlighted on social media for AFP Tampa Bay and CGP Tampa Bay – Social media to include Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter
    • Name/Logo prominently displayed during welcome PowerPoint and mentioned verbally.

    • One table (6) seats to in-person Symposium at the Centre Club

    • First right of refusal as Presenting Sponsor for the next year’s Planned Giving Symposium and exclusivity in sponsor category.

Guidelines

We are excited to return to in-person meetings and our top priority is your health. Several protocols have been put in place for your safety. Please take a moment to read the guidelines below and confirm on your registration that you agree to comply.

Guidelines:

  • Guests are required to wear face coverings when entering the building and in all common areas. Face masks can be removed once inside the meeting room. The CDC  recommends if you are not yet fully vaccinated to keep your face mask on except for when eating or drinking.
  • Meeting room capacity will be limited to 60 members, which is 50% of normal capacity.
  • Meeting room will have no more than 12 tables with half of the tables accommodating 6 guests and the other half of the tables accommodating 4 guests. Guests will seat themselves where they feel most comfortable.
  • Tables will be set 6ft apart.
  • Social distance of 6ft is strongly encouraged at all times.
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided, and restrooms are located nearby for hand washing.
  • Pre-registration is required. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins.
  • Both doors into meeting room will be open to avoid crowding.
  • Nametags will be on table for guests and will be collected after event and properly sanitized before storage.
  • We trust one another to exercise appropriate behavior when networking. Please be respectful of others comfort level that may differ from yours.
