Fred Fisher is a Renaissance Man. 

Over his lifetime, he served in the Army, is a CPA and was senior partner in a CPA firm, and a Founder, CFO and Vice Chairman of U.S. Home Corporation.

He “retired” in 1981 to invest in other business interests and support many charitable causes.

He has been an Owner and Director of: First National Bank and Trust of Dunedin; Orange State Life Insurance Company; Peoples State Bank of New Port Richey; Mill Creek Country Club of Franklin N.C.; and Peoples Bank of Palm Harbor. He was also a Founder and Director of Liberty Bank; and Chairman of Checkers Drive Thru Restaurants; and had the opportunity to return three bankrupt businesses to profitability.

Fred is very civically minded. He has leveraged his business interests to support the community needs. He was also the Founder of The Long Center and a Founder of Clearwater for Youth, St. Paul’s School, Suncoast Kiwanis Club, Clearwater Aquatic Team, Phoenix House of Florida and Ruth Eckerd Hall. Fred also served on the boards of/as Trustee of Community Service Foundation, Golda Meir Community Center, Stetson College of Law, Morton Plant/Mease Hospital Foundation, University of Florida Medical Center, and Boggy Creek Gang. 

Fred was Chairman of the first Capital Campaign at the University of Florida Foundation that raised $400-million. Fred endowed: the Fisher School of Accounting, the Fisher MBA Fellowship (College of Business), the Fisher Eminent Scholar Chair of Accounting, and the Tracy Caulkins Super Scholarship in Swimming. Notably, he has been a Bull Gator member for 35 years.

Fred has won many, many awards for his Humanitarianism and Community Service. He has received the University of Florida Doctorate of Humane Letters. He was Mr. Clearwater in 1993. He was presented the keys to the Cities of Clearwater, Tampa and St. Petersburg and received awards from the Clearwater Bar, Morton Plant Health Care Foundation, St. Petersburg College, the National Council of Christians and Jews, National Football Foundation Hall of Fame, the 1990 Association of Fundraising Professional Suncoast Chapter’s Philanthropist of the Year Award and was inducted as a member of the Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame in 1996.

David Sietsma is Partner-In-Charge at Carr, Riggs and Ingrim CPA firm. He offers clients in the Tampa Bay area more than 20 years of experience in public accounting, as well as over 10 years of experience as a closely held business owner in retail sales. He provides tax compliance, tax consulting, and business advisory services to business owners — in addition to tax and opportunity planning for high-net-worth individuals. David also has extensive knowledge of estate and trust engagements, including expertise in estate and trust tax returns and fiduciary accountings. David is also knowledgeable in estate planning with charitable unitrusts and annuity trusts, special needs trusts, and revocable and irrevocable grantor trusts.

David is not only a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), but he also often speaks to local Tampa Bay business groups about changes to tax laws and emerging planning opportunities. David is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Pinellas Community Foundation, and a graduate of the University of South Florida.

Tom Free is a retired Firefighter/Paramedic.

He received his B.S. in Sociology from Presbyterian College, and received a commission in the United States Army through the college’s ROTC program.

Tom also has a B.S. Social Science Education University of South Florida.

He received his EMT, Firefighter, and Paramedic certifications St. Petersburg College.

Currently, Tom serves on the boards of Ruth Eckerd Hall, Make A Difference Fishing Tournaments, Thornwell Home for Children, and Presbyterian College.

Nancy M. Ridenour has extensive experience in auditing, forensic accounting, and fraud investigations. Nancy has 26 years of experience in public accounting as a shareholder with PDR CPAs + Advisors . From an industry perspective, she focused on not-for profit organizations, senior housing, and healthcare. Nancy moved to the not-for-profit sector in May 2019 – joining Habitat for Humanity of Pinellas and West Pasco Counties as executive vice-president & chief strategy officer.

Nancy has over 25 years of experience working on board of not-for-profits in the Tampa Bay area. Nancy volunteers her time as a trainer for Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay and serves as a board member. She is also currently active on several other not-for-profit boards including: Advocare Trust, Mease Manor Retirement Community, Diocesan Finance Council for the Diocese of St. Petersburg, FL, the Catholic Foundation, and Pinellas County Health Facilities Authority. She also serves as chair of the BayCare Audit Committee and serves on the audit committee of Community Foundation of Tampa Bay.

Nancy is a founding board member of Random Acts of Flowers Tampa Bay and is proud to be an honorary board member.

Nancy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). Nancy is a Certified Fraud Examiner and member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
