The ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds is a natural talent for some and a developed talent for others. Your ability to read people and genuinely build rapport with them is essential in building successful partnerships. This one-hour presentation will define what Emotional Intelligence is and how using it can greatly improve connections with people. Resources for learning more about Emotional Intelligence will be provided.
