Conversation with a local philanthropist and his attorney about the important partnership between a professional advisor and a donor in creating a meaningful charitable gift. We will cover how and why donors choose to create an estate gift, going beyond simple bequests, the role of the attorney in bringing up charitable giving, making sure you don’t overlook the “millionaire next door” and how donors feel about informing the organization and receiving recognition.
